The Pixel 9 XL, the upcoming flagship from Google, has had its likely starting price leaked. The model with 128 GB of storage is expected to be priced at $1,099, with the 256 GB version rumored to cost $1,199.
For comparison, the standard Pixel 9 Pro is expected to be priced at $999, which is consistent with the pricing of the previous generation. Unfortunately for Brazilian fans, the Pixel 9 series is not expected to be officially available in Brazil, similar to past Pixel releases.
The Pixel 9 XL is anticipated to feature the Tensor G4 processor and might offer up to 1 TB of internal storage, the highest ever in the Pixel lineup. It will likely sport a large 6.8-inch display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
On the camera front, the Pixel 9 XL could include a 50 MP main sensor, along with two 48 MP sensors for ultrawide and zoom capabilities. A 42 MP front-facing camera is expected for selfies. The device may also introduce new AI features, such as “Reimagine,” which can transform elements within photos, and “Pixel Studio,” which creates images from text commands.
The Pixel 9 series is set to be unveiled on August 13, with the lineup expected to include the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
