Samsung has not officially revealed One UI 7, its Android 15-based mobile interface, but leaks suggest it will feature many visual changes compared to previous versions.
Images shared by @chunvn8888 on X (formerly Twitter) and the Smartprix website show more colorful app icons, rounded elements, and an iOS-style “dynamic island.” These changes are visible on various screens, including the quick actions panel and the settings menus.
Rounded interface
A leaked notification screen image suggests that One UI 7 will feature more rounded tabs and elements, moving away from the rectangular shapes of previous versions. This new design aligns with Google’s Material Design guidelines.
The system’s quick panel retains the separate grid format introduced in One UI 6, but with updated, rounded edges. Additionally, some tool grouping windows have a design reminiscent of the iOS Control Center.

Samsung is expected to revamp the icons of pre-installed apps in One UI. Images leaked by the profile @vetrox360 show thumbnails for apps like Gallery, Phone, and Camera, which could gain more vivid colors, 3D effects, and new gradient tones.
Possible functions
The leaks also hint at some potential new features for the interface. One notable addition is a tool similar to Dynamic Island on iOS—a small notification at the top of the screen that performs tasks in real-time and can be expanded.
Another feature shown in the leaks is “Continuity Notifications,” allowing you to seamlessly continue a video call across different Samsung devices.
One UI 7 Release
The new interface based on Android 15 is expected to be revealed on October 3 during the Samsung Developers Conference in San Jose, USA. Last year, Samsung announced One UI 6 at the conference, so it’s likely that One UI 7 will be unveiled at this year’s event.
Additionally, journalist Max Jambor has revealed that the One UI 7 Beta is expected to be released starting the following Monday (29). This means the company could release the first official images of the update soon.
