Today, Microsoft is experiencing a major outage affecting multiple Microsoft 365 and Azure services. This disruption has left users unable to access critical services worldwide, significantly impacting both businesses and individual users.
Microsoft 365 and Azure are experiencing service degradation.
Since the start of the outage, users have reported issues connecting to services like Outlook, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, and Power Apps. Although services like SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online remain unaffected, users accessing the impacted services are experiencing latency and degraded performance.
Microsoft has confirmed that the interruption affects Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, Entra, and Power Platform. The company is actively investigating the issue, with multiple engineering teams working to diagnose and resolve the situation. They analyze traffic patterns within a network infrastructure section and review mitigation options, including possible failovers.

Hundreds of users have reported outages on Downdetector who are experiencing connection issues with the affected services. Despite the ongoing investigation, the Office service and Microsoft 365 network health status pages do not indicate any problems with Microsoft’s network, the customer’s network infrastructure, or the availability of the Internet service provider.
