One of its most useful features is the document preview option. This lets you quickly check a file before opening or sharing it, ensuring you’re working with the right version, especially in environments where multiple versions might exist.
People and File Search integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams and OneDrive. You can pin them to your taskbar for easy access, no matter how many open applications or windows.
