Nvidia has unveiled a new application in the Beta phase aimed at streamlining and enhancing the user experience of its graphics cards. Known as the Nvidia App, it consolidates the Control Panel and GeForce Experience into a unified interface.
Additionally, it provides access to other Nvidia apps and features, offering users a more seamless and comprehensive platform for managing their graphics settings and experiences.
Nvidia App boasts a unified control center for the GPU

The Nvidia application introduces a significant innovation by integrating the game optimization options from GeForce Experience and the graphics card controls from Control Panel into a single interface. This allows users to conveniently adjust game and driver settings from one window or establish a universal profile for all games and applications.
Moreover, the Nvidia app features a redesigned interface that appears more modern and streamlined compared to previous versions. Notably, Nvidia has eliminated the requirement for users to log in with an Nvidia account to download driver updates, although optional account access remains available for those interested in accessing offers and rewards.
Furthermore, the Nvidia app enables users to download other Nvidia applications directly from within it, such as Nvidia Broadcast, Nvidia Omniverse, or GeForce Now. Additionally, it offers exclusive features for RTX card users, including Nvidia Freestyle filters that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance the graphic quality of games.
A new performance overlay for games

The new Nvidia App introduces changes to the performance overlay displayed in games, offering increased customization and displaying additional statistics such as game rendering latency and total PC latency. These metrics serve to help players enhance their gaming experience and identify potential issues more effectively.
Nvidia has announced plans to integrate all functions of the Control Panel into the new application, including display and video settings. Additionally, several attributes from GeForce Experience and RTX Experience will be incorporated, such as GPU overclocking and driver roll-back capabilities.
However, not all features from GeForce Experience will be retained in the new application. Nvidia has opted to remove options such as streaming to Twitch and YouTube, sharing images and videos on Facebook and YouTube, as well as capturing photos in 360 and stereo formats.
The new Nvidia App is Available in Beta version from today and can be downloaded from here.
