As part of their expanded collaboration, Palantir will deploy its platforms—Foundry, Gotham, Apollo, and AIP—across Microsoft Azure Government, Azure Government Secret, and Azure Government Top Secret environments. Additionally, Palantir will integrate Azure OpenAI Service for language models within these classified settings, pending authorization and accreditation from relevant government agencies.

Palantir’s CTO, Shyam Sankar, emphasized that this partnership marks a significant shift in supporting defense and intelligence communities. He noted that Palantir AIP is at the forefront of operationalizing AI across enterprises, not just in chat applications.
