Spotify has introduced a new personalized playlist feature that curates songs from artists scheduled to perform in your city or region. Launched on Wednesday (20), this feature is available to both free and premium users.
The app generates a 30-track playlist, combining songs from upcoming performers with related artists. It also considers your music preferences, so you might find some of your favorite bands included.
Below the playlist, you can view details about the concerts happening near you, including the venue, date, and ticket purchase options—making it easier than ever to discover and attend live music events.
How to see the concert playlist near you
To generate your personalized concert playlist, you’ll need to grant Spotify access to your location. You can enable this in your device’s app settings.
Once your location is updated, follow these steps:
- Open the Spotify app.
- Tap the “Search” icon.
- Select the “Live Events” section.
- Find and explore the “Shows Near You” playlist.
Like other Spotify playlists, you can save it to your library, share the link, or download it for offline listening (available only for premium subscribers).
