WhatsApp has introduced a new draft message feature for iOS users as part of the latest beta update (version 24.22.83), according to WABetaInfo. Released on Saturday (November 9), this tool is designed to help iOS users keep track of partially written messages, making it easier to review and finish composing texts that were left incomplete.
This update arrives a bit later for iOS users, as Android devices received the draft message feature back in September. Additionally, WhatsApp made this feature available for Windows users in 2023, making iOS the last major platform to receive it.
Web image search and stickers
WhatsApp is also gearing up to roll out a couple of exciting new features:
1. Image Search on the Web: This new tool allows users to verify the authenticity of a forwarded photo by searching for it on the Internet. With this feature, you can easily check if an image is genuine or find the original source of a photo shared in chats.
2. Add Yours” Sticker for Status Updates: WhatsApp is introducing a new interactive sticker for Status updates called “Add Yours.” Similar to the feature on Instagram, this sticker lets users create challenges or prompts that their contacts can respond to, making Status updates more engaging and interactive.
Both of these features are expected to be included in upcoming updates, enhancing the overall experience of the messaging app.
